Terms & Conditions

General terms and conditions related to your booking with Pure Cosmetics. If you have any concerns not covered in this list, please contact the clinic direct.

  • $50 non-refundable booking fee is requested for all bookings. Booking fees are deducted from your treatment cost. Booking fees are transferrable if changes are made 24 hours before your booking. Rescheduling, no shows or cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit booking fee.

  • Costs for all treatments are outlined prior to your treatment being delivered. You maintain the right to refuse treatment prior to any treatment commencing. Once treatment has begun you are agreeing to the costs given. All payments must be made at time of treatment.

  • Refunds are not given if unhappy with treatment outcomes unless direct fault/negligence from Pure Cosmetics is identified. However, Pure Cosmetics will always work with you to resolve any concerns and potentially offer alternative treatments. It is important to note that each client and their anatomy is individual, and same treatment outcomes are not guaranteed for everyone.
