So, what is Platelet Rich Plasma?

Platelet Rich Plasma is a concentrated solution of our body’s own healing factors. It is often referred to as “Liquid Gold” due to its therapeutic properties.

How is PRP obtained?

A small vial of your blood is extracted and then spun in a medical centrifuge which separates the PRP from your blood cells. The separated PRP is then harvested and injected into the treatment area.

What results can you expect?

PRP in combination with microneedling or direct injection results in an increased number of collagen fibres enhancing the skins elasticity and texture. Skin moisture and laxity will improve, a reduction in hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, scar tissue, and dark under eye circles will be seen, and an overall improvement in skin texture and quality.
